Class 220~Adult Vocal~Recital

Open. RECITAL CLASS, OPEN.  This class provides an opportunity for singers to present a well-balanced but varied programme of their own choice, which may include Italian arie antique, early English song, German Lied, French mélodie or other art songs by British or American composers. Folk songs, ballads or musical theatre pieces should NOT be chosen. The performance will be judged on presentation, as well as on the quality of the singing and the degree of difficulty of the pieces. Performers should note that the time limit, which must INCLUDE introductions, will be strictly adhered to.
